Key Features
Initial Support
Provision of an ‘External Competent Person’ working with the responsible person(s) to complete:
- All required Health & Safety Policies
- Risk Assessments
- Control actions
- Action Plan
Provision of advice to the Responsible Person(s) on any Health & Safety Issues. All information will be in writing and contained within a bespoke Health & Safety manual.
Audit Support
Provision of support to the Responsible Person(s) to monitor and review the Control Actions and the Safety Management System including:
- Regular off-site Technical Reviews to provide advice and support
- Further Visit(s) to the business to audit and review the Safety Management System
Online support
Access to XactDocs, the online support system which provides detailed guidance on issues, i.e.:
- Getting Started
- Premises
- People
- Work Equipment
- Procedures
- Food Safety (if applicable)
- News / Alerts
Ongoing Advice Support
The service is supported by:
- The provision of a 24 hour / 365 day expert Advice line
- The provision of Health & Safety Employee Handbooks
- Liaison, as necessary, with outside bodies on behalf of client company
- On-site attendance in the event of any serious accident or incident
Optional Indemnity Support
- An Indemnity providing the company with cover for the legal costs in the event of a Health and Safety Prosecution.
