Initial Support
Provision of an Audit and Compliance service where we will visit the premise(s) and produce an initial Compliance Audit & Report in conjunction with the Responsible Person which will identify any areas of concern.
The Audit Report will be supported by the issue of:
- A comprehensive Health & Safety manual providing:
- All of the necessary policy statements
- Risk Assessments specific to the client and business sector
- Employee Handbooks
Online Advice support
Access to XactDocs, the online support service which provides detailed guidance on issues, i.e.:
- Getting Started
- Premises
- People
- Work Equipment
- Procedures
- Food Safety (if applicable)
- News / Alerts
Ongoing Support
Provision of support to the Responsible Person(s) to monitor and review the implementation of the Safety Management System including:
- 24 hour / 365 day expert Advice line
- Regular off-site Technical Reviews to provide advice and support
- Further Visit(s) to the business to review the safety management system.
Optional Indemnity Support
- An Indemnity providing the company with cover for the legal costs in the event of a Health and Safety Prosecution
