Key Features
Initial support
Provision of an Audit & Compliance Service where we will visit the business and review of all existing Employment Contracts, Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance comprising;
- Advice on any necessary and recommended changes
- Provision of tailored contracts of employment for all staff positions
- Provision of tailored job descriptions for all staff positions
- Provision of an Employee Handbook which will include all necessary policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance, retirement etc.
Online support
We will provide:
- Personnel Management Software support including:
- Employee details
- Holidays, absences, etc.
- Pension Auto-Enrolment
- All aspects of employee lifecycle inc. Salary Reviews / Appraisals

Ongoing Advice Support
We will provide:

- Named point of contact
- All advice confirmed in writing
- Service includes the provision of written documents if required e.g. letters, request for medical reports etc.
